This is a visual tool used to communicate each clients concepts and visual ideas. It is a well thought out and planned arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text, etc. that is intended to evoke or project the particular style or concept you are looking for.
A Design Schematic Board is a complete room design similar to a mood board, but it includes a floor plan with furniture and decor laid out to scale. It ties all aspects from the Mood Board together in a realistic layout platform.
Once your style is decided and pieces are personally chosen for your space I will provide a formal Shopping List that will have each item listed out for you with purchasing links highlighted for your reference.
A floor plan is drawn to scale, showing a view from above, of the room you are designing. Dimensions are usually drawn between the walls to specify room sizes and wall lengths. This also includes a list of all furniture pieces and a visual as to where each piece belongs in your space.
